What we collect

When you buy, we collect your name, your email address and the details of your order. Your card details go straight to our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

This site counts visits to its pages. Your browser keeps a random number so each visit is counted once a day. That number is not your name or email, and it never leaves this site.

Why we collect it

To take your payment, to send you what you paid for, to answer you when you write to us, and to keep the records the tax office expects.

Who else sees it

Stripe processes the payment. Our hosting provider serves these pages. We do not sell your details to anyone. When you buy, our server tells the advertising network that the sale happened. It sends a scrambled copy of your email address and of the customer number our payment provider gave you. It also sends the cookies that network already set in your browser, the internet address your device is using, the name of your browser, your order number, and the amount you paid. It cannot read your email address from what we send. This is how the network tells us which advert led to the sale.

Advertising measurement

This site uses the Meta pixel to measure ads. Meta may set cookies in your browser.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.
